    To process your DSC application, we need to verify your identity and address as per CCA guidelines. Please keep scanned copies (.pdf/.jpg) of the following documents ready:

    For Individuals (Indian Nationals):

      • PAN Card: Mandatory for identity verification.
      • Address Proof: Any ONE of the following (must have the applicant’s name and current address):
        • Aadhaar Card (e-Aadhaar also accepted)
        • Voter ID Card
        • Passport
        • Driving License
        • Latest Utility Bill (Telephone/Electricity/Water/Gas – not older than 2-3 months)
        • Bank Statement (with recent transactions, attested by bank)
      • Passport Size Photograph: Recent color photograph.
      • Mobile Number: For OTP verification (must belong to the applicant).
      • Email ID: For verification and communication.

    For Organizations (Indian Entities – Company, LLP, Firm, etc.):

        • Applicant’s Documents: All documents listed above for the individual applicant (the authorized signatory).
        • Organizational Proof:
          • Company PAN Card.
          • Certificate of Incorporation / Partnership Deed / LLP Agreement / Trust Deed (as applicable).
          • Copy of Bank Statement (First 2 pages of recent statement).
          • GST Registration Certificate (if applicable).
          • List of Directors/Partners.
          • Authorization Letter: A letter on company letterhead authorizing the applicant to obtain the DSC on behalf of the organization.

    Verification Process: Please note that the process involves mobile and email OTP verification. Video verification (a short live video recording) is mandatory for all applicants as per CCA guidelines.
