1. Consultancy Services
For services like GeM Registration, Vendor Assessment, and Tender Filing:
- Full Refund: If we fail to initiate the work within 7 days of payment.
- Partial Refund: If the process is halted due to a change in government policy, a pro-rata refund may be issued.
- No Refund: If the application is rejected due to incorrect documents provided by you or if you withdraw your application midway.
2. Digital Signatures (DSC)
DSCs are issued by third-party Certifying Authorities (eMudhra/Capricorn). Once the DSC is downloaded or the USB token is shipped, no refund is possible.
3. Training Courses
For our training programs:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the batch starts are eligible for a 100% refund.
- No refunds are issued once the course has commenced.
